Treatment of severe crowding cases in growing children and adults Transverse discrepancies Vertical problems (open bite and dep bite) Sagittal problems (Class II, Class III malocclusions). Clinical (observational and in-depth discussion) o a. Orthodontic residency Clinic – ▪ Interns are expected to observe and participate in the treatment planning of at least 20 cases. o b. Affiliate Clinic (observational in private practice) – ▪ Number of hours ▪ 35 hours (two-week intensive observership).
